1. Who we are
Formemo is an engineering calculation and reference application published by MARVIO. For privacy questions, contact us at marviodesign@gmail.com.
2. Data stored on your device
Formemo can store profiles, optional profile details (such as name, professional title, organization and email address), projects, calculation inputs and results, history, favorites, unit and language preferences, and other app settings. This information is stored locally on your device. Formemo does not require an online account and does not send this data to a MARVIO server.
3. Data we do not collect
The current version of Formemo does not use advertising, analytics, cross-app tracking, or third-party data-collection SDKs. We do not sell personal information.
4. Exports, reports and sharing
You may choose to create PDF calculation reports or profile backup files and share them using the iOS share sheet. A report may include profile details that you selected. These files leave Formemo only when you choose a destination or recipient. Once shared, the selected service or recipient handles the file under its own privacy terms.
5. Feedback and support
When you choose to contact support, Formemo opens your email app or the iOS share sheet. The information you include is sent only after you take that action. Support emails are handled by the selected email provider and may be retained as reasonably necessary to answer your request, maintain security, or meet legal obligations.
6. Retention and deletion
Locally stored data remains on your device until you delete the relevant calculation, project or profile, reset app data, or remove the app. Files you exported remain wherever you saved or shared them and must be deleted there separately. Support correspondence may remain in our email records as described above.
7. Security
We design Formemo to keep calculation and profile data on your device. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Protect your device and review report contents before sharing them.
8. Children
Formemo is a technical utility and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when Formemo’s features or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
